This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is intended to help you, parents and guardians understand what data is collected by our application and/or website (the “Site”) when your kids or you (“Users” which also includes educators and schools) use it, why we collect it, what we do with it, and our privacy controls.

This Policy is strictly restricted to only our services and therefore does not apply to services that are not owned or controlled by us, including third-party websites. We are committed to handling all data provided to us in compliance with both applicable and model data privacy and data protection laws.

• Personal information about children: Your children’s privacy is our priority, we collect only information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, geographies, and email as well as any non-public information that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing information.  However, we do not access or collect any information about children’s education records through our Site.
• Information about Educators: When educators subscribe to our Sites, they are prompted to create an account by sharing information such as their first name, last name, email address, grade taught, role, and related information.
• Information from Site visitors: We do not collect your Personal Information when you visit the Site. However, so we can monitor and improve our Site and services, we may collect non-personally identifiable information. We will not share or disclose this information with third parties except as a necessary part of providing our services. We may where applicable, use the information to target advertisements to you.
• Personal Information about Parents: When a parent subscribes to our Site, he/she (“he”) is prompted to create an account by sharing an email address, selecting his interests and the nature of the content he would like to receive, potentially opting-in to receiving our newsletters and educational content via email.

4.3 Users who do not give this consent (or do not have this consent provided on their behalf) cannot provide us with their personal information and cannot use the Site. You can however withdraw your consent at any time. However, it is impractical in most circumstances for you to remain anonymous, and we may not be able to interact with you, provide access to the Site, or answer your enquiry if we are not able to identify you or collect your personal information.
